This design offers solid wood treads, adjustable diameters, with railings according to code and with a rise adjustment system which assures a climb of every height for any project. Easy installation. The distinctive feature of PHOLA 06 is surely the design of railings. Vertical spindles connected with the flexuous handrail assure an absolute structural rigidity. The use of wood treads allows this model to blend well in any room, giving warmth and simple elegance.
A modular spiral staircase suitable for small environments, staircase with round section, center post, rail system in metal and steps in solid wood.
Structure:
Made with steel spacers between the wood steps and the plastic spacers, for the rise adjustment, compiled in the modular where the post acts as a brace bar for the compression of all the components.The steps are manufactured in solid beech wood. railing system is made with steel tubing balusters. The first baluster of each step connects two steps together in order to increase the staircase rigidity.
The handrail is made of moplen plastic, developed in order to adapt to the different slopes that the staircase can assume.
Finishing:
All the metal parts of the stair are powder coated and baked. All the wood parts are finished in water base varnish.Beachwood Colour Stains: Steps - walnut 15; walnut 16; natural 12; mahogany 18; mahogany 20.
Balusters - powder coat black, silver or white.
